She talked about her trainer (named Tony) who helps Janet to stay fit, since he knows Janet likes sports, he makes her do just that when he trains her. Her trainer brings her a football so they can actually go and play football on the beach, getting her worked up, and other times he makes her go to batting cages where she bats till she's exhausted, but making her know that she did a good job. Her trainer also makes her do drills and races with dancers since he knows she's not into workout, so he shifts from time to time what he'll make her do seeing as though Janet needs sometimes a little push to workout, plus he tries not to get her bored by making her focus on one routine. Janet does do workouts once in a while, and she says to keep them short, it's not the quantity that matters, it's the quality, the better you get at something,the better it is for your body. She also says that she doesn't count the calories in her food and she doesn't pay attention to her weight, she says that staying fit means eating well, doing a workout like you mean it, and not focusing on your reflection, on how you look. The last thing she does to stay fit, is obviously dancing, dancing is a way of exercising the body, which in the process burns body fat and helps you stay fit, if you dance you are working out your heart which means she's working out her cardiovascular system, and your muscles, which allows you to stay fit because in a way dancing is a workout which is meant to have fun in.
How she inspires me to stay in shape.Janet Jackson inspires me to stay fit because in one of her interviews she said that staying fit does not mean not eating enough, not being fat, or being skinny, being fit also isn't about the size of pants that you are. Being fit means living a life that in every possible way is healthy for you. She inspired me to continue dancing, and working out once in a while, even though I do both by myself. I also try to eat enough during the day because staying fit doesn't mean missing meals throughout the day, it means eating a balanced plate of food that is not based on calories, it is based on what we want to eat and how much we want. She also inspired in me the fact that none of our bodies will ever look the same when we're trying to be or stay fit, she said that we're unique and that's just how God made us, so that does not mean that one person is more fit than us because of their body type, it just means they have more body mass, or they were born more skinny. That is very inspiring since many girls try to stay fit by looking at what other girls do, and they just end up hurting their body by making themselves bulimic and anorexic which is not making them fit, their brains are just messed up making them think that they need to be more fit when actually they are severely skinny and have a case of malnutrition which could lead to death. That I believe is important, by saying that,she inspired me to focus on what I can do to make myself better fit and to not compare myself to others, because what worked for other people might not work for me. She is such a great and passionate dancer ever since she started, and that is another thing that inspires me to stay fit, dancing. Dancing is one of the many factors that allows Janet to stay fit, her dancing skills are inspiring and so I try to dance just like her. I watch her videos and try to move how she moves, sometimes even trying to catch up with her, or making my own dance moves because I am so inspired by her to dance,which in a way is another thing that she inspired me,to help me to stay fit.
